Sales Supervisor - Woodbury Commons

Summary

The Sales Supervisor will support the Shop Manager at the Woodbury Commons location, driving sales and supervising the sales floor across ready-to-wear, shoes and accessories. The role focuses on achieving financial targets, delivering exceptional customer service and supporting merchandising, stock control and daily store operations. The supervisor will assist with alterations and ensure the store is opened, closed and maintained to company standards.

• Drive and maintain sales to meet monthly and seasonal financial targets.
• Actively sell product on the shop floor and promote private shopping and wardrobe consultations.
• Provide high levels of customer service and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
• Support merchandising, stock management, receiving deliveries, ticketing and inventory counts.
• Assist with tailoring and alterations and maintain the shop alterations log.
• Open, secure and close the store as required and process POS transactions accurately.

• Minimum 2+ years of retail selling experience in luxury fashion.
• Proven ability to meet sales goals and drive performance on the sales floor.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong customer service focus.
• Flexible, reliable and a collaborative team member with knowledge of current fashion trends.
