Full-Time Retail Sales Associate
S. Feldman Housewares, a family‑owned neighborhood store on the Upper East Side since 1929, is looking for a reliable and friendly full‑time Retail Sales Associate to join our team.
We are looking for someone who is dependable, hardworking, and interested in becoming a long‑term part of our team.
Responsibilities- Helping customers and providing excellent customer service.
- Answering phone calls and assisting with customer questions.
- Operating the register and handling sales transactions.
- Stocking and organizing merchandise.
- Merchandising and maintaining store displays.
- Receiving and putting away inventory.
- Keeping the store clean, organized, and well presented.
- Assisting with other day‑to‑day store operations as needed.
- Friendly, dependable, and professional.
- Comfortable working with customers.
- Able to multitask in a busy retail environment.
- Retail experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays.
- Full-time availability.
Experience: Required
Languages: English – Advanced
Employment: Full‑time
Schedule: 5 days a week including Saturdays and Sundays
Salary: $20 – $25 hourly
Starting time: Immediate start!
