Color Me Mine Bridgehampton | Part-Time | Year-Round

Color Me Mine Bridgehampton is looking for friendly, energetic and dependable people to join our studio team!

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, likes staying busy, and wants to work in a fun, creative environment. You'll help guests create memorable experiences while also learning the behind-the-scenes process that turns painted pottery into finished ceramic pieces.

No art or pottery experience is required. We provide all training.

About Color Me Mine Bridgehampton

Color Me Mine is a paint-your-own pottery studio where guests of all ages come to get creative, spend time with family and friends, celebrate birthdays and special occasions, and create pieces they can keep for years.

Our Bridgehampton studio serves families, children, adults, groups and visitors throughout the Hamptons community.

What You'll Do
Create a Great Guest Experience
  • Welcome guests and help them get started
  • Explain our pottery-painting process and basic painting techniques
  • Help manage reservations, walk-ins and seating
  • Assist with birthday parties, events and group gatherings
  • Tell guests about studio events, programs and special offerings
  • Help create a friendly, fun and welcoming environment
Learn How the Studio Works Behind the Scenes
  • Learn how we glaze and process painted ceramics
  • Assist with kiln loading and unloading after training
  • Prepare finished pottery for customer pickup
  • Organize and package completed customer orders
  • Restock pottery and studio supplies
  • Help receive and organize shipments
  • Keep the studio and work areas clean and organized
  • Work together with the team wherever help is needed
Who We're Looking For

You do not need pottery or art experience.

We're looking for someone who is:
  • Friendly and comfortable talking with customers
  • Dependable and punctual
  • Positive, energetic and willing to learn
  • Comfortable working with children and families
  • Organized and attentive to details
  • Willing to help with both customer service and hands-on studio work
  • Able to stay calm and helpful when the studio gets busy
  • A team player who isn't afraid to jump in wherever needed

Experience in retail, restaurants, hospitality, camps, childcare, customer service, clubs, volunteering or other team environments is helpful, but not required.

What You'll Learn

This isn't just a traditional retail job. We'll train you in:

Team members who demonstrate strong leadership skills may have opportunities to grow into Studio Lead and management positions

Schedule
  • Part-time, year-round position
  • Approximately 3–4 shifts per week
  • Evening and weekend availability is important
  • Consistent weekend availability is required
  • In-person position at our Bridgehampton studio
Physical Requirements

This is an active, hands‑on position. Team members spend much of their shifts standing and moving throughout the studio and must be able to lift and move boxes and supplies weighing up to 50 lbs.
