Summary

Support Stock Associates are responsible for receiving, processing, and organizing merchandise to ensure the sales floor and backroom are stocked and presentation-ready. This role works closely with the store team to replenish inventory, prepare shipments, and maintain an orderly stockroom. The position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a customer-focused attitude when assisting sales staff.

• Receive and unpack incoming shipments, verify contents, and process returns.
• Label, price, and prepare merchandise for the sales floor according to store standards.
• Replenish sales floor stock and maintain backstock organization and inventory accuracy.
• Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and markdown or staging processes.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and loss-prevention conscious stockroom and work area.
• Collaborate with sales associates to locate items and support visual merchandising as needed.

• Previous retail stockroom or warehouse experience preferred.
• Able to lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and basic organizational skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic communication and teamwork skills; ability to follow instructions and procedures.
