Based on the specific needs and job requirements, this role will be working out of our Bombas HQ in New York City.

We are looking for a razor‑sharp, team‑player to join our Merchandising team as our Sr.
Merchandising Associate. This role reports directly to our Merchandising Manager, and supports our Intimates and Apparel departments. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in retail merchandising or a similar role. As a Sr. Merchandising Associate, you will work cross functionally with Design, Sourcing, and Planning teams to drive the future product strategy for our growing business. This position will also coordinate with other cross functional partners such as Site Merchandising, Creative, and Marketing teams to make sure the product comes to life across all touch points.

• Own ideation and execution of all seasonal Line Plans for our Intimates and Apparel departments including high level strategy, product assortment & forecasting
• Own assortment end to end for Intimates and Apparel including all doc maintenance and assortment change communication with support of Merchandising Assistant
• Lead Weekly Cross-Functional Team meetings for your department
• Analyze and deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reporting for assigned departments ; translate data into clear insights, identify key drivers, and recommend actionable next steps.
• Accountable for seasonal Product Launch Doc and PLM deliverables with support of the Merchandising Assistant
• Own collaboration with Site Merch on product launch process & site order strategy
• Own entering product for calendarized email sends
• Owns and manages copy requests with Creative
• Understand competitive environment; proactively seek market knowledge through exposure to competitive retail outlets and brands
• Accountable for Biannual Market Comp Research with support of Merchandising Assistant
• Collaborate with Wholesale team to support our Wholesale accounts
