AE - Stock Associate

YOUR ROLE

You can't buy product if it's not on the floor, right? As a part‑time stock brand ambassador, you are an expert at moving product from the stockroom to the sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO brand standards, an eye for merchandising, and a keen attention to detail. Even though the stockroom is your place, you can flex your skills to support your team and guests on the sales floor as needed.

• You are passionate about brand standards and are a go‑getter at keeping product moving through effective shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.
• In the stockroom you own the space, keeping merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures organized to maintain an efficient, productive environment.
• You are innovative, spotting merchandising opportunities, informing store leadership, making a game plan, and taking action to correct issues.
• You support teamwork, stepping in to help team members with non‑stock-related tasks or guest assistance.
• You prioritize safety, following asset protection standards and all AEO policies and procedures in both the stockroom and on the sales floor.

• Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location.
