Role Description

This is a part-time on-site Retail Operations Analyst role located in New York, NY. The Retail Operations Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and managing inventory levels online & in-store, overseeing all orders including fulfilling online and in-store orders, lead customer service initiatives at the highest level, and be in charge of our store operations with excellence and integrity. You will be working directly with our VP of Operations and have direct access and collaboration with our founder.

Responsibilities

• Analyze inventory stock levels
• Organize and optimize inventory processes at online & in-store levels
• Lead customer service with humility, integrity and enthusiasm to give the highest level of customer experience
• Pick and pack daily orders online & in-store
• Monitor store performance and provide feedback to management
• Organize and oversee retail store

REQUIREMENTS

• Must live in New York City or in the NYC area
• Must enjoy people, experiences & service at the highest level
• Must be a class act. We don't hire assholes.
• Must be a hard worker that wants to learn, grow and become successful and will do whatever it takes.
• Must be able to lift over 25lbs
• Must enjoy the consumer industry.
