About Our Customer
Our client is a leading marketplace for verification ofsneakers, streetwear, collectibles, and luxury accessories — known for bringing transparency and data to the secondary market. They're looking for a retail streetwear associate to join their Soho store team: someone who delivers exceptional customer experiences and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Hourly Rate: $20.00
Work Hours: Sunday – Saturday 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Background Screening is Required
What You'll Do- Greet customers as they enter the store
- Deliver high-level service and attention to every customer
- Maintain strong knowledge of the brand to communicate effectively with customers
- Build and foster relationships with new and repeat customers
- Explain the buying/selling process
- Support a positive team environment
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual standards
- Assist with operations and visual merchandising as needed
- HS Diploma or GED required
- 1–3 years of retail or fashioncustomer service experience
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Comfortable in fast paced environment
- Ability to work well in teams
- Strong communication, and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google drive
- Standing and walking during the workday
