Client Overview:

An independent women’s luxury fashion brand is seeking a Luxury Fashion Salon & Inventory Lead to support showroom organization and inventory management. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized and detail-oriented professional within a luxury fashion environment.

$25/hr

The Luxury Fashion Salon & Inventory Lead will be responsible for organizing apparel inventory, maintaining accurate product records, and keeping the showroom client-ready.

• Organize apparel by SKU/style, color, and size.
• Label and ticket merchandise.
• Reconcile physical inventory with records.
• Unpack, fold, hang, and steam merchandise.
• Use Shopify to look up inventory and process sales.
• Learn and use the Zedonk inventory system.
• Prepare the showroom for appointments and events.
• Assist with customer service as needed.
• Maintain an organized, polished showroom.
• Proactively identify inventory and organizational needs.

• 2+ years of relevant retail, showroom, stockroom, or inventory experience.
• Shopify experience required.
• Knowledge of apparel SKUs, sizes, colors, and pricing.
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
• Comfortable learning inventory systems such as Zedonk.
• Professional and comfortable working independently.
• Able to handle unpacking, hanging, steaming, and moving merchandise.

• Luxury retail/fashion experience preferred but not required.
• Luxury showroom or apparel inventory experience.
• Zedonk experience.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
