** Associate Buyer, Men’s Ready-to-Wear North America

Purpose:

** The Associate Buyer for Men’s Ready-to-Wear (MRTW) North America is responsible for managing product assortment, inventory and pricing strategies to achieve Coach’s North America MRTW sales plans. This is an opportunity to manage and drive an evolving category, as the brand is focused on evolving both Men’s & Women’s RTW through its One Coach journey. This role oversees both the North America Outlet and Retail channels, providing opportunity to learn about both sides of the business.

This person would manage pre-season product briefs and feedback, seasonal OTB and inventory planning, as well as in-season product launches, inventory delete and chase strategies. The Buying team is highly collaborative and partners closely with a variety of cross functional teams. This is a great opportunity for an individual with outstanding analytical and communication skills, who is strategic and passionate about fashion, and who is interested in owning and driving an important category within Coach North America.
