Glossier is hiring a Store Director for its Soho flagship, the most-photographed room in the brand's universe and one of the highest-traffic beauty stores in New York. Flagship direction is retail's general-manager job: a large team, a tourist-and-local customer blend, relentless launch cadence, and a physical space that doubles as the brand's public face, the flagship function our retail-experience coverage frames.
Aboutthe Role
The Store Director owns the full operation: P&L and sales performance, leadership of directors-in-training, Key Leads and a big Editor team, staffing and development, operational excellence from inventory to loss prevention, and the experience standard that makes Soho the brand benchmark. The role partners closely with HQ on launches, activations, and retail innovation pilots.
