Sales Support Advisor

Summary

The Sales Support Advisor provides elevated client service and operational support to ensure a seamless in-store experience. Working closely with Store Management and Client Advisors, the role supports both front-of-house and back-of-house activities while upholding brand presentation and standards. The SSA contributes to client relationship development and helps enable efficient selling through inventory and visual support.

• Welcome and engage clients to deliver a warm, elevated experience and support relationship development.
• Support sales by retrieving and delivering product from BOH to FOH and assisting with go-backs and replenishment.
• Ensure accurate client data capture and follow through on product care tickets and service requests.
• Assist with inventory preparation, visual merchandising standards, and maintaining BOH organization.
• Partner cross-functionally with operations, visual merchandising, and management to execute store activities.

• Minimum of 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a luxury or highly client-centric environment.
• Hospitality or service-oriented experience strongly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset and professional presence.
• Technologically proficient (Microsoft Office and retail systems); highly organized, dependable, and adaptable.
• Fluency in English required; additional languages (Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese) are a plus.
