Operations Coordinator - Hudson Yards

Summary

The Operations Coordinator supports the commercial success of the Cartier boutique through compliance and operational excellence. This role manages daily administrative and transactional processes, financial compliance, logistics, and inventory control while helping create a seamless client experience.

• Coordinate opening and closing procedures, product movement, shipping, receiving, transfers, and inventory counts.
• Monitor boutique sales transactions and paperwork, support e-commerce workflows, and maintain financial compliance.
• Manage boutique supplies and storage organization, support care service and repair processes, and assist with audits and action plans.
• Maintain boutique standards, collaborate with client-facing teams and management, and support special projects and operational best practices.

• Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous luxury retail, service, or hospitality operations experience is a plus.
• Strong computer and MS Office skills required; SAP knowledge preferred.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail.
• Must be available to work retail hours, including weekends, and travel for training as needed; able to move packages and products.
