Summary
The Service Associate serves as a helpful resource for customers and store associates, supporting a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience. This role manages an in-store service hub, assisting with Buy Online Pick-up in Store orders, simple returns, tourism information, and appointments for in-store services.
Responsibilities- Greet and engage customers with friendly, genuine service.
- Assist customers with pickup orders, simple returns, tourism information, and service appointments.
- Use technology and participate in merchandising and store operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent encouraged; no experience required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Resourceful, adaptable, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible availability for retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use store technology, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
