Summary
The Sales Associate helps customers find products and creates a welcoming, personalized shopping experience in store and online. The role builds lasting customer relationships, supports sales, and contributes to store operations.
Responsibilities- Provide an engaging in-store and online customer experience and cultivate client relationships.
- Drive sales by assisting customers and using available technology.
- Support merchandising, fulfillment, and operational requirements, including floor and fitting room upkeep.
- Share information about loyalty programs and guide customers through their shopping experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read and interpret instructions and procedural documents.
- Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use store technology and registers, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
