Children's Brand Ambassador

The Brand Ambassador provides personalized, inspiring customer service and supports sales goals in the children's department. This role contributes to a positive team environment while upholding store standards and representing the brand.

• Deliver excellent customer service and help customers with product selection, styling, and fitting room needs.
• Meet or exceed individual sales objectives and key performance indicators, and support store sales plans.
• Maintain sales floor and stockroom standards, replenish merchandise, and assist with floor sets and visual presentation.
• Complete opening and closing responsibilities, participate in company training, and share product feedback with management.

• Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for multiple hours, and lift or climb as required.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts or travel as required.
