The Key Holder supports boutique sales and customer relationships while helping maintain store standards and operations. This role serves Montblanc clients through product knowledge, personalized service, and client development.
Responsibilities- Achieve sales objectives and develop clientele.
- Capture client information and strengthen boutique relationships.
- Provide outstanding customer service and maintain strong product knowledge.
- Maintain the store's aesthetic quality and open or close the boutique as needed.
- Support pen repair and after-sales service, loss prevention, transfers, and corporate communication when management is absent.
- Previous retail sales experience; jewelry or luxury product sales experience is preferred.
- Strong customer service, interpersonal, communication, computer, and multitasking skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Open availability for nights, weekends, and holidays; fluency in English and Spanish.
- Ability to stand for most of the workday and reach, bend, use a ladder, and lift boxes as needed.
