The Associate Store Manager supports boutique leadership by driving sales, client development, and exceptional customer service. This role helps lead and develop the store team while ensuring strong operational and visual standards.
Responsibilities- Achieve individual sales targets and inspire the team to meet its goals.
- Develop and expand the customer base through client relationships and outreach.
- Manage the boutique client outreach program to drive financial performance and exceed KPI targets.
- Communicate effectively with the Store Manager and build positive team morale through goal setting and accountability.
- Support visual presentation, store operations, recruiting, retention, supervision, training, and staff development.
- At least 2 years of management experience at a high-end retailer.
- Ability to drive results, adapt, solve problems, and think strategically.
- Strong client engagement and brand representation skills.
- Elevated customer service skills and a passion for sales, footwear, and accessories.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
