Responsibilities- Plan, communicate, and execute seasonal collection launches and visual merchandising initiatives.
- Partner across teams to support sales and maintain a high standard of brand image.
- Lead and develop a team of three Visual Merchandising Specialists.
- 5+ years of visual merchandising experience in a luxury or specialty retail environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail, planning, organization, and creative skills.
- Ability to communicate across HQ, corporate, and retail teams.
- Ability to develop and train teams, build relationships, and maintain professionalism.
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures and develop a strong understanding of the brand image.
