The Tailor-Fitter delivers precise alterations and professional fittings at a luxury menswear store. The role provides expert garment guidance and high-touch service while partnering with Style Advisors and the store team to create an exceptional client experience.
Responsibilities- Perform high-quality garment alterations to established tailoring standards.
- Consult with clients and Style Advisors on garment construction, styling, and fit.
- Take ownership of garments throughout the tailoring process and ensure excellent workmanship.
- Manage workload and communicate timelines, delays, and expectations clearly.
- Collaborate with the store team to support smooth operations and personalized service.
- At least 3 years of luxury tailoring or alterations experience.
- Skill in garment construction, fittings, and finishing techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellent workmanship.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
