Responsibilities > >

Support shipping, receiving, stockroom, cash office, and administrative operations. /li> >

Process merchandise, transfers, invoices, shipping documents, and cash office transactions accurately. /li> >

Assist with inventory preparation, shrink reduction, supply replenishment, and store process improvements. /li> >

Coordinate accessory repairs, engraving, and embossing services. /li> >

Maintain a professional demeanor and demonstrate respect for the product and colleagues. /li> /ul>  h3>

Requirements > >

At least two years of retail operations experience in a support, customer service, or sales capacity. /li> >

Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn new systems. /li> >

Strong time management, communication, and interpersonal skills; able to multitask and prioritize. /li> >

Collaborative team player with a passion for the brand and interest in career growth. /li> >

Able to stand and walk during shifts, lift approximately 20 pounds, and move stock as needed. /li> /ul>
