Childrens Brand Ambassador

The Childrens Brand Ambassador provides personalized, inspiring customer service and supports sales goals in a retail setting. This role contributes to an inclusive team environment while maintaining Ralph Lauren's customer experience and store standards.

• Provide excellent customer service and personalized styling support.
• Meet or exceed individual sales and customer data capture objectives.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms and maintain sales floor and back-of-house standards.
• Support store operations, including replenishment, floor sets, opening and closing tasks, and visual standards.
• Participate in training and share product feedback and category opportunities with management.

• Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register and stand, move, and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift or climb as needed and work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.
