- Haveaminimumof2yearsof Store Managerexperiencewithinapremium /luxury retailer(essential)
- Havepreviousexperienceindrivingperformancetoachieveandexceedsalestargets
- Havepreviousexperienceinmanagingstockcontrolandlosspreventionwithinapremium/luxuryretailenvironment
- Havepreviousexperienceinmanagingemployeeperformancethrougheffectivegoal/target setting,monitoringprogressandproviding
