Seasonal Sales Support - Prince

Support the in-store client experience by delivering hospitality and customer service while helping the sales team meet sales goals. Assist clients with product information, shopping needs, and service requests, and maintain a welcoming and organized store environment.

• Greet clients, provide personalized assistance, and coordinate hospitality services, including offering beverages and directing clients to appropriate departments.
• Support sales professionals with transactions, product requests, client communications, and phone or electronic inquiries.
• Help maintain the sales floor, fitting rooms, cash wraps, and front- and back-of-house areas, including opening and closing tasks.
• Coordinate product transfers, customer deliveries, alterations, and promotional or marketing requests.
• Contribute to store initiatives and assist other departments as needed.

• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Attention to detail, a polished personal presentation, and a proactive approach to customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and operate a register.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move around the store for extended periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and climb a ladder as trained.
• Relevant work experience and familiarity with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook are preferred.
