Location: New York
Summary
Guide and inspire customers through personalized service, fashion knowledge, and styling support. Build lasting client relationships in store and online while delivering a welcoming and engaging shopping experience.
Responsibilities- Create seamless, enjoyable in-store and online shopping experiences and cultivate customer relationships.
- Drive sales by assisting clients and effectively using technology.
- Share loyalty program benefits and support customers throughout their shopping experience.
- Maintain merchandising standards and assist with store operations, floor upkeep, and fitting room upkeep.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read and interpret instructional documents.
- Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use computers and register equipment, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
