Responsibilities
- Prospect and cultivate new customers relationships
- Understand costumers goals, objectives, and desired outcomes
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Identify key decision-makers, understand customers needs, and tailor presentations, proposals, and demonstrations accordingly
- Act as the main point of contact, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Address customer’s inquiries and provide timely answers
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, and competition
- Represent JLL Asset Beacon in industry conferences, events, and networking opportunities.
- 3 + years of proven work experience as a Senior/Sales Account Executive or similar role for a SaaS company
- Track record of achieving sales quotas and metrics
- Experience with ,Salesloft, Zoominfo a plus
- Understanding and consistent achievement of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships at all levels.
- Self-motivated with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, capable of working independently, long hours and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel as required
- Remote (East Coast) - New York - Philadelphia Metro - Dallas - Boston - Chicago
- OTE: 200-300k
