What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Identify, qualify, and build awareness around new business opportunities through cold-calling and emailing to book meetings
  • Collaborate closely with the team on strategy, communication, and pipeline updates
  • Gain experience in selling to key strategic businesses and going upmarket
  • Understand the employer's mission and its impact on customer accessibility and compliance
  • Continuously improve sales processes, analysis, and tactics used by the Sales Development Representatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Understanding of sales methodologies such as value selling, cold calling, and Customer Centric Selling
  • Ability to thrive in a competitive environment and work diligently
  • Proficient in assessing business opportunities and using data to inform decision-making
  • History of creative, persistent, and effective outbound sales lead follow-up messaging
  • Excellent written, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills with great attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Previous experience in a sales development or outbound sales role
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
  • Strong analytical skills to assess sales data and trends
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
