Location: New York

Overview

High Rise Capital is seeking a driven and connected ISO Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for a sales professional with experience in the merchant cash advance (MCA) space who thrives on building relationships and driving revenue. Your primary responsibility will be to bring in new ISO broker shops and manage those relationships to ensure consistent deal flow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and Onboard Broker Shops: Proactively identify and establish relationships with ISO brokers and broker shops that originate MCA deals.
  • Manage ISO Relationships: Act as the primary point of contact for your broker partners, ensuring they understand our guidelines, process, and value proposition.
  • Drive Deal Flow: Work closely with broker shops to encourage consistent deal submissions and increase volume.
  • Pipeline Oversight: Monitor the status of deals submitted by your brokers, ensuring communication is clear, fast, and professional throughout the funding process.
  • Educate and Support: Train broker partners on how to package deals effectively, including what documents and deal types we prioritize.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about market trends, competitor programs, and broker needs to help us remain competitive and attractive to partners.
Compensation

Base Salary + 1 point commission on funded deals.

  • Base Salary: Competitive base salary.
  • Commission: 1 point (1%) commission on all funded deals originated through your broker network (e.g., if a $50,000 deal funds, your commission is $500).
Ideal Candidate
  • Prior experience in MCA, business lending, or ISO/Broker sales.
  • Strong network of existing ISO broker relationships (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and follow‑up skills.
  • Highly motivated, self‑starter attitude.
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and tracking deal pipelines.
