Own and be accountable for the success of the Enterprise housing segmentLead and mentor a team of sales professionals in a "challenger sales" methodologyCollaborate with Enterprise Account Executives throughout the entire sales cycleHire, onboard, train, and manage performance of the Enterprise teamProvide accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and performance metrics trackingWhat is Required (Qualifications):
3+ years of B2B SaaS quota-carrying sales experience in the enterprise segment or higher4+ years of B2B SaaS quota-carrying sales management experience in the enterprise segment or higherExperience managing an average deal size of at least $100,000Demonstrated experience in consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotasWillingness to work in person at NYC headquarters 4-5 days a week or travel frequently if outside of NYCHow to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in managing complex enterprise consultative sales processes (multi-threading, procurement, etc.)Passion for the potential impact of AI and new technologiesAbility to roll up sleeves and work directly with customers in addition to leading a sales teamWe prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
