We are seeking a NYC Outside Sales Manager to join our sales team. The NYC Outside Sales Manager will report to the President and the Director of Sales Operations. The Maya Romanoff NYC Outside Sales Manager is responsible for managing and growing the NYC Tri-State territory sales and maintaining our incredible brand recognition and service excellence. This will be achieved by nurturing and growing client relationships, managing 3rd party and employee sales representatives, and maintaining the highest possible quality level of service for all those who interact with the company.

Responsibilities
  • Manage all sales from current and future NYC Tri-State clients.
  • Secure specifications and convert sales from the existing account list and new accounts.
  • Develop relationships and repeat customers that maximize value for them and MAYA.
  • Develop and maintain account plans for the territory to ensure accounts are identified and developed to their potential.
  • Engage with clients by scheduling weekly outside sales calls and presentations, targeting a minimum of 12 per week.
  • Document all sales calls and activity using CRM software and review with the President and Director of Sales Operations.
  • Communicate with internal team and external clients regarding (but not limited to) leads, opportunities, order status, pricing, sample requests, delivery confirmations, stock inquiries, and installations to ensure client needs are met.
  • Plan market research and monitor market sector and competitor activity to provide feedback to management to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and customer events as necessary to support sales initiatives.
  • Increase sales volume, maximize profits, and create positive client experiences.
  • Perform regular territory reports and pipeline analysis to sales and management team.
  • Work with Director of Marketing, Director of Sales Operations, and President to help influence sales.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Adhering to all company procedures and policies.
  • Represent the company’s best interests in all individual actions.
  • Any special projects and additional duties assigned by Maya Romanoff leadership.
