Overview
Sun Biologics Territory Manager promotes Sun’s biologic product(s) and optimizes business opportunities in targeted physician offices, key clinics and hospital accounts specializing in Psoriasis.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute territory business plans to meet sales goals and objectives.
- Coordinate and integrate with field‑based employees to drive acceptance of promoted product(s) within the designated area.
- Maintain and analyze sales reports, CRM, and forecasts; report calls timely.
- Manage sales budgets and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
- Report directly to the Regional Sales Manager.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 5 years in Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or Medical Device sales.
- Strong communication skills and demonstrated clinical acumen.
- Ability to collaborate, innovate, and deliver results.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Experience in Psoriasis or other immunologic diseases (Rheumatoid Arthritis, Inflammatory Bowel Disease, Multiple Sclerosis).
- IV or subcutaneous biologic selling experience, including oncology.
- Experience selling in a complex reimbursement and access environment.
- Dermatology selling experience.
- Biologic launch experience.
- Experience in highly competitive markets.
Positive attitude, adaptable to a startup environment, strong dependability, trust‑building, transparency, ethical conduct, and compliance. Ability to present detailed scientific subject matter clearly.
Compensation & BenefitsBase compensation $118,000–$164,000. Eligible for IC Commission Plan. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, 401(k), flexible spending accounts, employee assistance program, paid time off including vacation and sick time.
