What You’ll Do
- Prospect and generate qualified meetings with HR leaders (TA Leaders, Heads of Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Managers) at small and mid-market organizations
- Build and execute outbound sequences across email, phone, Linked In, and social channels.
- Understand customers’ hiring workflows, pain points, and HR tech stack to tailor messaging to HR/TA priorities.
- Translate inbound interest into sales opportunities, ensuring smooth handoff to Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in Pipedrive (our CRM).
- Hit or exceed weekly and monthly activity and meeting/ SQL targets.
- 1–3 years of sales or SDR experience (startup/SaaS environment strongly preferred).
- Proven success in outbound prospecting, cadences, and booking meetings.
- Deep understanding of SaaS selling cycles and experience engaging HR/TA buyers.
- Strong communicator — articulate with both scripted and conversational outreach.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where experimentation and iteration are encouraged.
- Tech savvy and quick to learn new platforms and processes.
- Experience selling HR tech, TA tools, or recruiting automation platforms.
- Familiarity with talent acquisition / HR trends, KPIs, and buyer priorities (e.g., sourcing, bias mitigation, pipeline velocity).
- Experience with Sales Navigator, Pipedrive, parallel dialers, email campaign technology, enrichment tools
- Competitive base salary commensurate with experience
