Senior Business Development Manager – Luxury Fashion; Clothes​/Shoes​/Bags

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive and scale strategic partnerships within a luxury fashion marketplace
, focusing exclusively on clothes, shoes (including sneakers), and bags
.

This role is ideal for professionals with prior experience in e-commerce or resale marketplaces
, managing brand partnerships, seller ecosystems, or supply acquisition. Jewelry, watches, and fine accessories are strictly out of scope.

• Build and manage partnerships with luxury apparel, footwear/sneaker, and bag brands
• Secure high-demand, authentic inventory across approved categories
• Drive GMV and revenue growth through marketplace partnerships
• Expand brand and seller coverage within clothes, shoes, and bags
• Lead commercial negotiations and structure long-term marketplace agreements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, operations, logistics)
• Use data insights to optimize partner and category performance
• Manage and mentor business development team members

• Proven experience in business development or partnerships within a marketplace platform
• Direct experience with luxury fashion, apparel, footwear/sneakers, or bags
• Strong network of brands, distributors, or sellers in the approved categories
• Solid understanding of fashion supply chains and marketplace dynamics
• Track record of driving revenue growth and category expansion
• Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and leadership skills
• Data-driven and strategic mindset
