Company: NAPCO Access Pro, a division of NAPCO Security Technologies which is headquartered in Amityville, New York is a wholly-owned subsidiary and producer of an advanced line of PC-driven building Access Control systems and peripherals, featuring multiple card technology integration, multi-tasking software and intuitive report generation. Continental’s technologically-advanced access control systems span the full range of capabilities from multi-doors, to enterprise-class LAN/WAN systems, all supporting myriad - and badge-, fingerprint-, hand geometry and vein & retinal-scanning technology readers.
Responsibilities- Responsibilities will include sales coverage of access locking dealers and end users in the territory and entail approximately 60% travel.
- The RSM needs to develop and increase NAPCO Access Pro dealers to grow the business within the specified region.
- The RSM shall attend trade shows; teach seminars, schedule sales calls in their region, successfully selling the NAPCO Access Pro product line.
- The ideal candidate will possess a successful track record of 3-5 years of security industry sales experience and a hands-on, technical understanding of electronic security products.
- The successful candidate will have superior communication and presentation skills.
- Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Security Industry knowledge including access control.
- Aggressive self-starter, technically inclined, great follow up skills, strong memorization skills.
Territory: NY, CT, MA, NH, ME.
