We are seeking an experienced Loan Officer Assistant for a Fast Paced, High-Performing Mortgage Team located on Long Island New York, NY.

This is an ON-SITE position and requires extensive mortgage experience preferably with a current LO/NMLS license in the state of New York.

• Directly support one of NYC’s most successful loan originators.
• Manage client communications, track deals, and keep pipelines organized and moving fast.
• Oversee the full loan process from application to closing — and what it takes to build lifelong client relationships.
• Master the systems, habits, and mindset that create elite performance in sales and finance.

• Proven experience as a Loan Officer Assistant or Loan Originator in the state of NY
• MUST be able to work in our Garden City, NY office M-F; this is not a remote or hybrid position
• Proficient with technology; including Microsoft Office Suite and mortgage software (Salesforce, Arive, Lending Pad)
• Unparalleled work ethic

• Bachelors Degree preferred
