United Connect is hiring a Regional Sales Manager to lead business growth in energy solutions, power systems, and industrial equipment sales across New York. This role focuses on developing new business, strengthening client relationships, and capturing market share in the energy technology and power generation space.

In this role, you’ll manage a defined sales territory, build strategic partnerships, and execute growth strategies for energy systems and industrial power solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a territory growth plan to exceed revenue targets.
  • Build relationships with engineers, contractors, and executive decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with marketing to introduce new energy products and programs.
  • Manage leads, accounts, and reporting within the company CRM/ERP system.
  • Analyze competitors and identify new market opportunities.
  • Deliver insights and feedback to improve customer experience and profitability.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred but not required)
  • 5+ years of B2B sales or territory development experience
  • Knowledge of energy systems, power solutions, or industrial equipment
  • Proven ability to manage a pipeline and close deals
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive problem-solving abilities
