Job Title:
Off-Price Sales Executive
We are a growing brand management platform that owns and operates a portfolio of globally recognized licensed brands across apparel, accessories, and consumer products. We are seeking a highly connected Off-Price Sales Executive to expand our presence across key value and closeout channels while protecting brand equity and maximizing profitable sell‑through. This role is ideal for someone who understands the nuances of off‑price, thrives in a fast‑paced entrepreneurial environment, and knows how to open doors at major retailers while partnering internally with merchandising, planning, and operations.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Own and grow the off-price distribution strategy across national and regional accounts
- Drive new business with key retailers including TJX Companies, Ross Stores, Burlington and other opportunistic partners
- Develop strong buyer relationships and act as the primary point of contact for your accounts
- Identify opportunities to monetize excess inventory, canceled orders, and special production while aligning with brand guardrails
- Partner with planning and operations to ensure inventory flow, pricing architecture, and margin targets are met
- Collaborate with brand, merchandising, and licensing teams to determine what product can enter the channel
- Lead negotiations on pricing, terms, RTVs, markdown exposure, and logistics requirements
- Provide accurate forecasting and sales reporting
- Monitor market trends and competitive activity within off-price
- 5–15+ years of wholesale or off-price sales experience
- Existing relationships with major off-price buyers
- Strong understanding of how to balance revenue opportunity with long‑term brand health
- Experience working with licensed brands is a big plus
- Highly entrepreneurial, resourceful, and comfortable in a lean environment
- Analytical, organized, and strong in follow‑through
- Willingness to travel to accounts as needed
