• Meet or exceed sales objectives for assigned territory
• Maintain strong relationships with distributors and dealers to enhance product distribution
• Collaborate with distributors to develop effective sales and marketing programs
• Conduct training meetings for distributor personnel using the latest sales tools
• Represent the brand at trade shows and other industry functions

• Minimum educational requirement:
  High School Diploma;
  Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5+ years of professional experience for RSM I; 8+ years for RSM II, with industry experience strongly preferred
• Ability to build and cultivate long‑term business relationships
• Willingness to travel and spend nights away from home
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and mapping software

• Previous experience in the manufacturing or sales industry
• Strong mechanical aptitude and orientation
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Experience with sales training and development
• Familiarity with the landscape equipment market
