As the business scales, they’re building a high-calibre sales team and are hiring a dynamic SDR to help shape outbound strategy.

You’ll work directly with senior leadership to craft and execute outbound motion, owning first-touch engagement with large enterprise accounts. This is a role with real visibility, ownership, and a clear path into closing roles.

• Owning outbound prospecting across email, Linked In, and phone
• Building and executing targeted outbound campaigns
• Acting as first point of contact for enterprise-level prospects
• Supporting early stages of complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
• Working closely with AEs on later-stage deals for exposure and learning
• Progressing toward an AE role based on performance

• 2+ years’ experience in software sales, business development, or account management
• Industry experience in SaaS, Data, Cloud, or Security environments
• Exposure to enterprise or consultative sales motions
• High ownership mindset with the ability to self‑direct
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Experience using a CRM (Salesforce, Hub Spot, or similar)
• Comfort selling technical or complex products
