Sales Associate – Biotech / Dermatology + Skincare Industry
Location: New York City (Hybrid)
Type: Full-time
We’re partnering with an innovative, venture backed biotech company at the forefront of the skin microbiome and dermocosmetics space
. With global labs and a PhD-led team, they work with leading personal care and skincare brands to help them develop scientifically proven, microbiome-friendly products.
Due to continued growth, they’re looking for a Sales Associate to join their NYC team and support commercial expansion across the personal care and life sciences sectors.
What you’ll be doing- Supporting new business development and account growth
- Building relationships with skincare, personal care, and biotech clients
- Assisting with sales strategy and pipeline development
- Conducting market and competitor research
- Managing and updating activity in Hub Spot CRM
- Working closely with commercial, marketing, and product teams
- 1–2 years of sales experience (biotech, cosmetics, life sciences, or similar preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable using CRM systems (Hub Spot experience is a plus)
- Tech-savvy, organized, and proactive
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field preferred
- Interest in microbiome science or the personal care industry is a bonus
