State Farm Rain Guo Agency is looking for an insurance agent who is interested in long-term employment and career. This office sales job/insurance account manager role is combined with the duties of customer service and sales.

High salary base + Commission + Bonus + Full benefits

• Use a customer-focused, needs-based process to assist clients with their insurance needs.
• Provide prompt, accurate, friendly service and use it as a basis for establishing and maintaining good relationships between customers and the Agency.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

• Bilingual in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is preferred.
• Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain).
• People-oriented, positive personality.
• Detail oriented.
• Goal-oriented & self-motivated.
• Excellent communication skills in written, listening, and speaking.
• Insurance sales experience is a plus.

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $ per year
