Position Purpose

Drive growth and profitability for Aden’s aggregate product lines by managing the full sales cycle, delivering exceptional customer support, and actively expanding our presence in the Delaware area.

This includes creating quotes, visiting prospects, and building strong customer relationships. The role requires frequent travel within the Delaware region to meet with new and existing customers, generate new business opportunities, and strengthen Aden’s footprint in the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Support customers onsite and over the phone by identifying material needs and providing fast, accurate quotes.
• Create and send detailed quotes based on project requirements, material availability, and delivery needs.
• Manage the full order process, including order entry, coordination with yard/dispatch, scheduling deliveries or pickups, and proactive communication.
• Use strong product knowledge to recommend appropriate aggregate materials and provide technical guidance.
• Conduct outbound outreach and frequent field visits within the Hancock area to meet prospective customers, build relationships, and expand regional sales.
• Maintain and grow key accounts while driving revenue, volume, and margin expansion.
• Cross-sell complementary products to increase customer value and raise average ticket revenue.
• Resolve customer concerns, returns, shortages, delivery issues, with urgency and professionalism.
• Collaborate with operations, scale house, and leadership teams to ensure strong service execution and share customer insights.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, manage pipeline activity, and support reporting and forecasting.
• Perform other duties as assigned
