What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with payer and PBM clients
  • Develop and execute a strategic go-to-market plan aligned with the company's platform capabilities
  • Build trusted relationships with C-level executives in Operations, IT, and Pharmacy Services
  • Position the full suite of offerings to address critical operational challenges
  • Maintain a disciplined sales pipeline, forecast accurately, and exceed growth targets
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 10+ years of experience selling enterprise technology or SaaS solutions into payers or PBMs
  • Proven track record of new-logo acquisition and achievement of $5M+ annual sales targets
  • Established relationships and a credible book of business within healthcare administration
  • Deep understanding of payer operations, PBM workflows, and value-based care drivers
  • Exceptional negotiation, storytelling, and executive communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Proven ability to create new relationships and open new markets
  • Experience in closing enterprise-level business deals
  • Strong healthcare technology network
