We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Salesperson with a strong background in cosmetics, bath & body, and beauty accessories to help grow and expand a dynamic beauty portfolio across key national and regional retail accounts. This role is focused on driving revenue, opening new doors, and deepening existing retailer relationships in a highly competitive beauty landscape.
The ideal candidate brings proven success selling into major retailers, has established buyer relationships, and thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. This is a high-impact role for a sales professional who understands the beauty market, trends, pricing, and retailer expectations.
Role OverviewAs the Salesperson, you will be responsible for leading sell-in efforts, managing key accounts, and expanding distribution for cosmetics and bath & body product lines. You will work closely with internal product development and design teams to ensure assortments align with market demand and retailer strategies, while representing the brand professionally to buyers and merchants.
Key ResponsibilitiesDrive sales of cosmetics, bath & body, and beauty accessory product lines to national and regional retail partners
Maintain and grow strong relationships with buyers, merchants, and vendor managers
Identify and pursue new account opportunities to expand retail distribution
Lead line reviews, sell-in meetings, and buyer presentations
Collaborate closely with product development and design teams on assortments, packaging, and product strategy
Support pricing, margin, and volume negotiations to achieve profitable growth
Track account performance, follow up on reorders, and identify opportunities for expansion
Stay current on beauty trends, competitive landscape, and retailer requirements
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in cosmetics and/or bath & body
Established relationships with major retailers, including but not limited to:
Ulta, Target, Walmart, CVS, Walgreens
TJX / Marshalls, Burlington, Five Below, Ross
Specialty beauty or mass beauty chains
Strong understanding of the beauty retail landscape, including mass, off-price, and specialty channels
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and open new accounts
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
