A Series A, $MM ARR healthcare AI start-up is seeking a Sales Director to scale its commercial engine. The company builds AI-driven solutions for hospitals, health systems, and the ambulatory market, helping providers improve efficiency, outcomes, and patient experience. With strong early traction and a high-growth pipeline, they need a strategic operator to own revenue and build a world-class GTM team.

The team are looking for NYC based individuals, who have extensive experience selling SaaS to the provider market. They are growing fast, gaining customers and making their presence known in the space. If you have experience in fast-growing Series A-D healthtech companies, you'd be a great fit here!

Responsibilities
  • Enterprise Sales Execution – Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close across hospitals, health systems, and ambulatory providers; lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
  • Pipeline Generation & Management – Build and manage a high-quality pipeline through outbound, strategic targeting, events, and partnerships to drive consistent ARR growth.
  • C-Suite Engagement – Cultivate and manage relationships with C-level executives, clinical leaders, and operational stakeholders within provider organizations.
  • Deal Strategy & Forecasting – Develop strategic account plans, maintain accurate forecasting, and drive disciplined pipeline hygiene and KPI tracking.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to align messaging, refine value propositions, and ensure strong customer adoption.
  • Market Feedback & Positioning – Act as the voice of the customer, providing insights on provider needs, AI adoption trends, and competitive positioning to inform GTM strategy.
  • Partnership Support – Work alongside leadership to support strategic partnerships and channel opportunities that expand market reach and accelerate deal cycles.
Requirements
  • 7–10+ years of experience in healthcare SaaS, AI, or digital health enterprise sales.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota and closing complex, multi-million-dollar deals with hospitals and health systems.
  • Deep understanding of provider workflows, health systems, and ambulatory networks.
  • Strong hunter mentality with experience building pipeline in early-stage or high-growth environments.
  • Experience navigating long, enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and technical buyers.
  • Familiarity with AI, analytics, or provider-focused digital health solutions.
  • Highly self-motivated, strategic, and comfortable operating as a senior IC in a fast-paced startup environment.
