DD International Americas Inc. is hiring a Regional FMCG Sales & Distribution Manager to drive Indian food and ethnic grocery sales across the US multi-state market
. This is a field-based, high-impact sales role focused on distributor development, channel sales, and retail shelf placement
. The role covers NY/NJ and extensive interstate travel across key FMCG growth states.
This is not a desk job. This role is for someone who knows the Asian grocery ecosystem
, understands how distributors think, and can turn conversations into shelf space and revenue.
- Drive sales of DD International’s branded products including Indian basmati rice, pulses, and flour
- Appoint and manage distributors and sub-distributors across key US states such as Texas, California, Georgia, Arizona, Minnesota, and more
- Build strong relationships with Asian & Indian grocery stores in NY/NJ for shelf placement, visibility, and repeat business
- Identify new markets, negotiate commercial terms, and close distribution deals
- Travel extensively between states to develop and grow assigned territories
- Own sales targets and revenue growth independently, with direct access to leadership
- 3–5 years of hands‑on sales experience in the US desi / Asian FMCG market
- Proven ability to work with branded food products and retail distribution channels
- Strong existing network of distributors, sub‑distributors, and retail buyers across multiple states
- Self-driven, persuasive, and comfortable working solo with full ownership of results
- Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently across the USA
- Compensation: Market‑competitive (aligned with experience)
- Travel expenses fully covered by the company
- Performance‑based profit sharing opportunity after achieving defined sales milestones
- High visibility role with direct reporting to the COO and fast decision‑making
- 3–5 years of hands‑on sales experience in the US desi / Asian FMCG market
