Hybrid. This position includes local travel. Additional travel to corporate headquarters for meetings and training may be necessary. Company‑related travel, outside of the standard commute, will be reimbursed.
Hours of OperationFull‑time Monday through Friday with occasional weekend hours.
CompensationSalary Range: $75,000-$85,000
Position SummaryThe Regional Sales Executive is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to increase market share and promote Mobile Health’s occupational health services within an assigned territory. This role manages the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and closing, while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The Regional Sales Executive works closely with marketing, leadership, and cross‑functional teams to ensure client needs are met and services are delivered effectively.
The position requires a combination of strategic planning, territory management, and direct client engagement to achieve revenue goals and support the company’s growth objectives.
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to expand market share and adoption of Mobile Health’s products and services.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through a mix of company‑provided leads and self‑generated opportunities.
- Engage in high‑profile client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and solution provider.
- Represent Mobile Health at speaking panels, trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
- Conduct prospect outreach to convert leads into clients by demonstrating tailored value propositions.
- Prepare quotes, pricing proposals, and assist with RFIs and RFPs.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of client interactions, opportunities, and deals in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with marketing, leadership, and other internal teams to align strategies and deliver seamless client experiences.
- Advocate for Mobile Health’s mission, services, and industry leadership in all client and community interactions.
- All additional duties as assigned.

- Comfortable representing the company at industry events and in public speaking engagements.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience; healthcare industry experience preferred but not required.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- Experience managing large territories and developing new markets is a plus.
