This role gives you that remit.

You’ll join a high-growth, enterprise SaaS company with a proven product, global customers, and serious backing. The sales engine is working. Now the focus is on optimising how revenue actually runs and that’s where you come in.

This is a true Rev Ops role. Not reporting-only. Not admin. You’ll partner directly with Sales to improve win rates, speed up deal cycles, and remove friction across the funnel.

This is for someone who wants to grow fast, challenge the status quo, and be seen as a revenue partner not a back‑office function.

What you’ll own
  • Sales reporting, forecasting, and pipeline insights
  • Deal desk operations (pricing, approvals, exceptions)
  • Salesforce optimisation and sales tech automation
  • Territory design, account ownership, and coverage models
  • Alignment between Sales and Marketing on pipeline
  • Commission and quota administration with Finance
  • Enablement, training, and AI adoption for Sales

What you’ll need
  • 1-3 years in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations
  • Hands on experience working with Salesforce is essential
  • Experience using Gong & Clay would be a benefit, but not essential
  • Confidence working directly with sales reps and sales leadership
  • Strong communication skills - comfortable challenging assumptions when needed
  • Ability to think critically about processes and improve them, not just follow them
  • Solid Excel skills and comfort working with data day to day
  • A proactive mindset - you look for ways to make things 10% better
