We’re looking for a rockstar Senior Sales Executive who lives and breathes the Home Textiles & Home Décor business — someone with real relationships, real hustle, and a track record of selling into:

• 🛒
  Mass Retail
• 🛍️
  Department Stores
• 💰
  Off-Price (Ross, Burlington, TJX, etc.)

You’ll own key accounts, pitch new programs, partner with our in‑house design team, and help shape the future of our home division.

This is not a passive account‑management role.

This is a growth seat with big runway and big upside
.

• Grow and manage major retail accounts in Home Textiles
• Pitch new product lines, programs, and seasonal initiatives
• Leverage existing buyer relationships (we want your network!)
• Collaborate with design + sourcing to build winning assortments
• Drive margin, pricing strategy, and category expansion
• Identify new opportunities across private label + branded
• Travel for buyer meetings, market weeks, and showroom appointments

• A proven sales closer in home textiles, home décor, or soft home
• You’ve sold to at least 2 of these:
  Walmart, Target, Kohl’s, Macy’s, TJX, Ross, Burlington, Big Lots, Nordstrom Rack
• You know trends, pricing, factory capabilities, and buyer expectations
• Strong negotiator with a relationship‑driven sales style
• You thrive in fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environments
• You can manage multiple programs and deadlines with ease
• You like being hands‑on with product — design, details, and storytelling
