As a Sales Associate, you will build practical skills in customer communication, solar economics, and performance tracking. • Speak with customers to explain solar energy programs and assess eligibility
• Record confidential customer information accurately within our customer database
• Act as the face of the brand ensuring each customer has a positive experience
• Assist with account setup by collecting required information and verifying details
• Answer customer questions clearly and professionally throughout the onboarding process
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems to track activity and follow‑ups
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solar service options
• Attend weekly sales meetings and ongoing training sessions with fellow Sales Associates
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1+ years experience in a Customer service, sales, solar, client facing, or outreach role preferred (but not required)

• Exceptional conflict resolution abilities
• Passion for solar, renewable energy, economics, or helping the environment
